01/About

Brands are built in the room, not the deck.

I came to marketing through a maths degree and a pizza oven. Numbers taught me to ask what's actually moving; running a restaurant taught me that no strategy survives a Friday night rush.

What stuck with me from both is that marketing isn't a department. It's every moment a customer meets the business — the menu, the phone call, the delivery, the sponsor deck. Get those right and the campaign has something true to say.

That's how I've worked since: close to the customer, close to the team, and honest about what the numbers are saying. Whether it's a food brand, a television show or a healthcare company, the job is the same — earn attention, then deserve it.

02/Services

Where I’m most useful.

  1. 01Brand & marketing strategyPositioning, messaging and campaign plans that a team can actually execute — built around the customer, not the slide deck.
  2. 02Sponsorship & partnershipsFinding the partners and sponsors who make sense for a brand, making the case to them, and keeping stakeholders aligned once they sign.
  3. 03Team leadershipGetting marketing, communication and production pulling in one direction — with a clear plan, short feedback loops and room for people to own their work.
  4. 04Launch & operationsTurning a plan into a business that works on an ordinary Tuesday, not just on launch day — from the first customer to day-to-day operations.

03/Work

From the dough to the boardroom.

  1. I

    2020 — 2022

    Co-founder

    Pizza Pasal· Kathmandu

Learning the whole business, one pizza at a time.

I co-founded Pizza Pasal while doing my MBA — the youngest of the founders. There was no department to hand things to, so I did all of it: the dough, the counter, the marketing, the delivery run. It taught me how every part of a business connects to the customer.

    • Youngest co-founder, started during my MBA
    • Hands on from making the dough to delivering the pizzas
The dough, the counter, the marketing, the delivery run — there was nobody else to hand it to.
  2. II

    2022 — 2023

    Marketing Manager

    Chef Nepal· Kathmandu

Growing an audience for a televised kitchen.

At Chef Nepal I ran marketing for the show — building strategy with our consultant and PR & Networking Head, working with the board to bring sponsors in, and leading the people who made it all happen on and off camera.

    • Built marketing strategy with the consultant and PR & Networking Head
    • Worked with the Board of Directors to secure sponsors and widen the audience
    • Led a team of around ten across marketing, communication and production

  3. III

    2023 — Now

    Chief Executive Officer

    Medi Case Pvt. Ltd.· Lalitpur

Setting the direction, and owning the calls.

Today I lead Medi Case. The job is deciding where the company goes and making sure day-to-day operations actually get it there — with the same customer-first thinking I learned behind a pizza counter.

    • Own strategic direction and major corporate decisions
    • Oversee operations across the business
Same question as behind the pizza counter: what does the customer actually need from us today?
